A rainy-day fund for Solana

When luck
runs out,
it rains.

Raincoin's trading fees fill a public vault. Every day at 18:00 UTC it rains USDC: a little on every holder, most of it on holders who had the worst week in one of our campaigns.

Read the full rules
  1. Fees fill the vault. Every Raincoin trade pays a creator fee. 100% of it goes to a multisig vault, locked at launch.
  2. Holding is measured fairly. Six times a day, at minutes nobody can predict, we note every holder's balance. You count with your smallest one, so buying right before the rain does nothing.
  3. The entry bar floats. Each day it is the smallest holding whose share of the rain is at least $0.50, kept between $20 and $500 at the 7-day average price. Busy trading lowers it, quiet days raise it. Campaigns ask twice the bar.
  4. 30% rains on every holder above the bar, by holding, at most 2% of it per wallet.
  5. 70% rains on campaigns. A bad-luck campaign covers holders with 5+ tries in the last 7 days and a luck grade of 4 or worse, weighted by holding and by how far below break-even they ended. A community campaign rains on holders who are part of that community on chain.
  6. Nothing is hidden. Every rain publishes its holder snapshot hash and every payout transaction. The vault's signers send the USDC; this site never holds keys.
  7. No promise to make anyone whole. The rain softens a bad week. It does not refund it.

Whose bad luck
the rain covers.

We start with communities whose results are public on Solana, and add more. Each campaign takes its share of the 70%. We are independent: listing a community here does not mean any affiliation with it.

Who the rain
would find today.

Real Collector Crypt weeks from the last 7 days, read from Solana. Addresses are hidden. If these wallets held Raincoin, today's rain would find them.
